All orders will be posted out within 5 working days, usually sooner but always by reliable and available courier service or by Registered Post Parcel. If for any reason we cannot make this commitment we will contact you. You will always give you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Exclusive Candle Moulds or Custom made Candle Moulds would take time - which would be informed to you as per your size and design. For the custom made size, once the order is confirmed (once the moulds are fabricated) it will be cancelled or modified.
As you browse through our store click on Add to Basket to add the items you wish to buy. When you are ready to pay, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment via CCavenue . If you are shopping from anywhere other than the INDIA please check the US Dollar rates, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We take this extremely serious and when we use CCavenue to take credit card payments we NEVER see your credit card details at any time during or after the transaction. We continually attend seminars and keep abreast of the latest information. If we suspect you are trying to scam us we WILL report you to police.
INDIAN Customers - We aim to keep the delivery price as low as we can. We have contract with different courier companies at your location, the courier service is well known & reliable we dispatch by that courier. We have never had any incident for complaint with this company and recommend it highly.
Overseas - Customers from outside INDIA - we normally dispatch by Registered Air Mail Post Parcel unlike some place where courier charges are nominal we dispatch by courier.
If you require your Parcel to be dispatch by certain courier service and you are willing to pay the difference amount as applicable do let us know for that so that accordingly we will dispatch your order by that courier service.
Post Parcel generally takes 7 - 12 working days to reach at the destination.
Normally the course material is always in ready position so no chance for delay in that unlike in some instances where we are updating it.
For Candle and Chalk Moulds we generally keep regular designs in ready stock. If by chance the moulds are not in ready stock silicone moulds take approximately 4 - 7 working days to manufacture unlike metal Candle and Chalk Moulds takes 2 - 4 weeks to manufacture. For custom sizes it takes 2 - 4 weeks time.
We aim to keep everything that is on the site in stock at all times but occasionally, just occasionally we may run out of a line and you may have to wait until our next order arrives. If your item is not in stock, we will order for you. You will always be offered the option to cancel your order if you don't want to wait.
But in many places we have mention that the mould would take maximum 4 weeks to manufacture - if the order is placed for such mould, we under no circumstances will cancel the order or alter the size. Moulds once fabricated will not be exchanged to refund at any cost. Few of the complicated designs might take longer time we will inform you of that before placing order, if you are happy with that you may place order.
We promise never to sell or pass your details. The only time your details are passed on to a third party is to the credit card company for payment when ordering or if we are required to do so to the police or other relevant authority. We may occasionally send an email to you to let you know of changes to the site or special offers.

Money once paid will not be refunded back in any case, if you have any query please get in touch with us before placing your order.
All the unused products must be returned- within 7 working Days of receipt of Product. Niral Industries will accept returns as long as products are not damaged and have not been used and are in sellable condition.
Customer will have to pay Freight to and from Niral Industries. Customer must notify Niral Industries of new product return prior to return.
Upon receipt of product Niral Industries will issue a credit towards future purchases for the amount of purchased product. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please note that all products list a finished size. Returns will not be accepted because of size issues. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.
Any used products will not be accepted! All of our moulds are tested prior to shipment.
Important: Niral Industries make no warranties, either express or implied with respect to products suitability for a particular application or that any such use will not infringe a copyright or patent. User shall determine suitability of the product for the intended application and assume all associated risks and liability.
All items are ABSOLUTELY guaranteed! If you are unhappy for any reason at all, simply return your UNUSED item and we will replace the item or refund your money. We do not accept returns on used items. We may, at our discretion, charge a restocking fee of 20% on items returned for reasons other than being damaged or defective.
We do not refund S/H charges under any circumstances. Please consult with us if you have any questions.

International orders must be paid via credit card. International cheques will not be accepted. International orders are shipped via the Registered Air Mail Post Parcel and associated foreign carriers. We will ship without insurance where it is not available but we cannot be responsible for the shipment once it leaves the office.
